Our story begins in Jalgaon, the city famous for its sweet, perfect bananas.
For many years, the crispy banana chip was just a local favorite—a simple, delicious snack. We, the founders of Aapla Jalgaonwala, grew up loving that taste. We felt this special chip, made from the best local bananas, deserved to be shared with everyone.
But we wanted to do more than just share. We wanted to make the classic chip new again. After a lot of testing in the kitchen, we finally created 10 bold, unique flavours—from spicy to tangy. We made the traditional chip modern!
At the same time, we remembered the simple masalas our grandmothers used. We decided to offer those too: pure, aromatic spices to help every kitchen cook authentic, flavorful food.
‘Aapla Jalgaonwala’ simply means ‘Our very own from Jalgaon.’ It’s a promise of quality and a taste of home. Every chip and every spice pack we send out carries the pride and flavour of our city.
